Photo & Social Media Release Policy

At Paws and Palm Dog Bus, we love sharing the fun, happy moments our furry clients enjoy while riding with us. From time to time, Paws and Palm Dog Bus may photograph or record pets while they are receiving services, participating in activities, boarding or riding in the Dog Bus, or otherwise in our care.

By signing this release, the pet owner gives Paws and Palm Dog Bus permission to use photographs and/or video recordings of their pet for business and promotional purposes.

1. Permission to Photograph and Record

I authorize Paws and Palm Dog Bus, including its employees, representatives, and authorized contractors, to photograph and/or record my pet while my pet is receiving services or participating in activities with Paws and Palm Dog Bus. I understand that photography and recording will not interfere with the safety, care, supervision, or comfort of my pet.

2. Permission to Use Images and Video

I grant Paws and Palm Dog Bus permission to use photographs and/or video recordings of my pet for legitimate business and promotional purposes, including but not limited to:

• Social media platforms
• The Paws and Palm Dog Bus website
• Online advertising
• Printed advertising and promotional materials
• Flyers, brochures, and business cards
• Marketing campaigns
• Promotional videos
• Digital advertisements
• Email marketing
• Other promotional or business-related materials

Images and videos may be edited, cropped, resized, combined with other images, or otherwise formatted for these purposes.

3. No Compensation

I understand that I will not receive payment, royalties, or other compensation for the use of photographs or video recordings of my pet. I understand that Paws and Palm Dog Bus will own or have the right to use the resulting photographs and recordings for the purposes described in this release.

4. Pet's Name and Information

I authorize Paws and Palm Dog Bus to identify my pet by name when posting photographs or videos for promotional purposes. I understand that Paws and Palm Dog Bus may also include general, non-sensitive information about my pet, such as breed, activity, or participation in Dog Bus services. Paws and Palm Dog Bus will not intentionally publish my private contact information, home address, telephone number, or other sensitive personal information in connection with these images.

5. Acknowledgment and Consent

By signing below, I confirm that:

• I am the owner or authorized representative of the pet identified below.
• I have read and understand this Photo & Social Media Release Policy.
• I voluntarily grant Paws and Palm Dog Bus the permissions described above.
• I understand that this permission applies to photographs and video recordings of my pet taken while my pet is receiving services or participating in activities with Paws and Palm Dog Bus.
